"Google Workspace Migration: Successfully Moving 120 Users Under a Tight Deadline "
I was solely responsible for migrating 110 to 120 users from Microsoft to Google Workspace for a car dealership client, with a tight 8-day deadline. While working overtime to meet the target, I encountered issues with a few user accounts due to fatigue. I proactively communicated with my manager and the client, secured a one-day extension, and successfully completed the migration, strengthening my problem-solving and data migration skills.
"Automating Google Form to Document Generation with Google Apps Script "
In 2021, I built my first automation using Google Apps Script for a company that needed Google Form submissions to automatically generate a Google Doc and save it to a specific folder in Google Drive. The project was challenging, as I had to consider various technical details and, at the time, AI tools were not yet available to assist development. I relied on articles, YouTube tutorials, and online resources, which boosted my problem-solving skills and strengthened my ability to develop custom automation solutions.
"Optimizing NinjaRMM for Automated IT Support and Real-Time Reporting "
I led a project to optimize NinjaRMM (now NinjaOne), a remote monitoring and management platform, to enhance client support. I developed custom scripts for background issue resolution, automated device maintenance tasks, and integrated real-time reporting using NinjaRMM’s API. These improvements streamlined IT support processes and provided clients with easy access to daily, weekly, and monthly system performance reports.
"Large-Scale Data Scraping for Advertising Agency Using Python "
I completed a major data scraping project for an advertising agency based in Oregon City, focused on gathering lead information across all U.S. states. Using Python, I built and deployed a custom script to extract company names, emails, contact persons, and determine whether the companies owned straight trucks, a key client requirement. The volume of data was significant, requiring the system to run continuously for two weeks. This project pushed my limits in handling large datasets, managing uptime, and ensuring data accuracy, while also strengthening my Python automation and data scraping skills.
"Cold Email Infrastructure Setup for PR Campaigns Using MailWizz, Zoho Mail, and Instantly "
I worked part-time for a UK-based PR company where I managed the technical infrastructure behind cold email outreach campaigns, built to scale for 60,000 to 100,000 emails sent per day. This included setting up Zoho Mail to monitor journalist replies and creating advanced filters for out-of-office responses, postmaster reports, email warmups from Instantly, and unsubscribe requests. I also implemented SMTP-based sending infrastructure with 1–2 dedicated IPs per domain to ensure high deliverability.
A critical component was configuring MailWizz for campaign delivery. I set up delivery and bounce servers, uploaded segmented leads, managed blocklists, and monitored domain health daily to prevent domain burnout. I also ensured sender reputation by analyzing spam rates, deliverability scores, and bounce handling. In cases of rising spam flags or health degradation, I was responsible for diagnosing the cause and making rapid technical decisions—such as pausing campaigns, switching IPs, switching backup emails, or warming up new domains.
This project sharpened my expertise in email infrastructure, SMTP configuration, IP warm-up, filtering logic, and domain monitoring using tools like MailWizz, Zoho Mail, Porkbun, ImprovMX, and Instantly—all of which played a key role in maintaining high inbox placement and sender reputation for cold outreach at scale.

Beyond my career, I enjoy playing badminton on weekends and watching movies when I need to unwind. I also have a deep love for computer games, which initially sparked my interest in the IT industry.
